Our group began in 1950 with the joining of Drs. Guilford and Wright in private practice.  Both of these physicians were giants in otolaryngology.  Dr. Guilford was internationally recognized as an expert in otology, especially the then-newly described procedure of stapes mobilization and later stapedectomy.

Dr. Wright was an internationally recognized facial plastic surgeon.  He became recognized as a innovative rhinoplastic surgeon.  He developed many new techniques and instruments in the refining of procedures to correct and improve the appearance of the nose.
